Convenient Location
July 20, 2015the apartment itself is great and located conveniently across from the Sutherland green line T Stop on the B line. The building has about 34 apartments and only one washer and dryer. There are laundromat a near by but who wants to lug their laundry a cross comm ave in the winter. On other bad thing is a small pest problem for which they seem to fumigate every month or two, if you are clean like me then you will be one of the non-problem units but, still have to clear the cabinets under the sink. ...It's on the for the floor and sorrow fed by neighbors so no need to turn on the heat in the winter but, just hope for quite neighbors because the walls are old. Other than that a great apartment with large rooms and with great natural light. Currently rented for about 1600 and really you're paying for the location.
