I am a current tenant, the fitness center is the Anytime Fitness near the building, which you can buy a discounted membership for (so its not really a building amenity you have to pay for a membership). Not all units have air conditioning, even if some do, I'm surprised that is listed as an amenity because mine certainly does not. The package situation is way better than some reviews on here, because the manager has changed, but maintenance requests do take forever. It is also VERY loud, both ...

from the outside and in the building (very thin walls, you can hear other rooms, water running in another bathroom, your neighbors walking or shutting a door upstairs etc). Overall, the location is great and I generally feel good and safe here but this information definitely needs to get updated!

Don't rent here and the review below is probably by management. I'm not there anymore but can tell you this... Management is terrible. She is never in the office, which is part of the services you pay for and yet she demands tenants to follow the lease. Very inconsistent overall and always has excuses. Not sure why they haven't fired and replaced with new management. What's even worse is the manager lives here. Quite awkward. Not well maintained. Garage and elevator always down and no ...

I have been living here for the past 2.5 years and I couldn't be happier. We are right on top of Trader Joe's and Anytime Fitness with bus stop just around the block. Also, many other grocery stores are just few blocks away. Building and Apartments are very well maintained and the Building Manager is super friendly and very responsive. She would even go an extra inch by being available through text after hours incase one wasn't present in the office hours to pick up their delivered package. I ...
