It's your typical Ghent, Norfolk apartment. Older (built in the 1920s), has a lot of original fixtures, but the property management company isn't in a big rush to update anything. That said, the layout is very spacious, and if you're looking for the charm of Ghent, with quick access to the tunnels, ODU, and the Norfolk nightlife, it's a great spot with surprisingly ample parking, given the neighborhood. I'd give the place a 4- or 5-star rating if the property manager updated things more often ...
and responded to emails more.
