There isn’t much to say about this place but the managment company is awful. The location is nice but not worth living there with the noise, no AC, no light fixtures in any of the rooms, no microwave and constant package stealing.

Inexperienced management. Constantly charging for any maintenance issue on THEIR building, never clean, garbage always full. Their tow truck AND snow removal company hit and caused damage to my car in their lot that I paid for a space for! Look for a company with a professional management company not some kids with daddy's money.

These units are mediocre at best. They are so outdated and the leasing company will charge you for anything possible. When it comes to maintenance issues, the man in the office and maintenance workers try to mansplain everything and are SO RUDE in the process. There are bugs everywhere and no cleaning service to vacuum the hallways. If you are a woman I would not live in this building. It's a great location but SO overpriced, I would never live in this building again. They didn't even send an ...
email out during COVID about wearing masks in the building or what they're doing to sanitize the building.

First apartment I moved into with this rental company had a roach infestation which they accused me of lying about until they put roach traps down and found them. Then I transferred to a different apartment. The drain backed up and I put in a service request to clean the drain and they charged me for the drain being full of black hair and once again called me a liar. I’m blonde so definitely not my hair, but their response was to send a sarcastic e-mail back explaining why they need my $60. Can’t ...
