a neighbor that lives three doors down openly admitted it, this neighbor is also a meth user or something he smoking off of foil directly in front of our house parked on West 3rd or in the parking lot along with four other neighbors in for other units across from me. My review is very poor because Not only was my registration stolen other neighbors have had several tools stolen license plate stolen and I have noticed the excessive drug use that’s being done in the open day and night will it be in the parking lot of Green Villa Apartments or right on West 3rd where we can all see it. SRPD does absolutely nothing to help they are useless. Management is even more useless they don’t come to fix anything, we were not even given a walk-through of our unit.
