The residents here are quiet - never hear any issues. The ground are kept clear from litter, and it's very well lit at night. A block away from Millennial Brewing, Wisteria Tea Room, DAS-COOP Art, Butterfly Estates Butterfly Conservatory, The House of Ride Nature, Shoppe Around the Corner, Bullig Coffee and Bites, Bill Smith Appliances Showroom, Remedies Parlor and I know there's a Salon/Body Shaping place as well. ... All within a block or two. It's a cool neighborhood.

I lived there for over 2 years and rent was raised twice. They also keep the security deposits on ever tennant and dont give back last months deposit. I cleaned my apartment up nicely and wasnt good enough due to lease stating it needs to be "professionally cleaned".Numerous complaints on neighbors being up all night keeping me awake while I was trying to work the next day. Everyone smokes weed and all the vents are combined meaning you have to smell weed smoke constantly. Property managers won't ...
