Quiet. Misleading Exterior.

Old, small, grey building with low amenities. AC for living room only. 2/5 good washers and dryers. Front gate keypad never updated or fixed. Front door gate slams. Garage gate is loud when people drive in/out. Garbage truck and gardeners aresuper loud at 7AM during the week. Inside is decent. Nice countertops. Microwave included. Neighbors are nice. Cheap rent. Bikes get stolen. Cameras don't work. Just got new management, so that's a plus!
