April 8, 2018I would not recommend these apartment at all! The maintenance team is HORRIBLE! I broke my lease to move from this place. I stay there a little over a year; anytime I called them out to fix anything they would make excuses and say it was on me to fix. (Ex) My upstairs neighbor towelette overfilled and would drip down. I called them several times to come out and see about it. The ceiling had started to cave in and mold. They never gave it a look over. After I told them I had talk to someone from ...the city inspectors to come out, the maintenance team came into my home with no notice and simply painted over the mold. I can honestly say they don't care about the well being of their tenants. This was not the only problem, but this was just to give an understanding of the conditions I was subjected to.
