You can't have it all in NYC
August 30, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comYou either live well inside your home, or outside of it. So I have a closet-sized bedroom in a fourth floor walk up with two roommates and one bathroom. The super isn't the most responsive and the hot water sometimes disappears, BUT it's rent stabilized and in Greenwich Village. So if you're lucky enough to get an apartment in this building, never let it go.
