Not maintained by unresponsive property management
January 29, 2021Property managers are completely unresponsive to issues raised by tenants, ignoring repeated emails and phone calls for weeks. Neighbors broke the lease after repeated attempts to get leaks in the ceiling fixed that went unaddressed. Currently heat is not working in single digit NYC temps and were being told by management simply that the heat is working despite showing them the temperature indoors vs what the thermostat is set to.
