    I’ve lived here for 9 months and can’t wait to leave. I made the mistake of renting blindly i.e. over the internet and talking to them on the phone when I was relocating for work and didn’t feel the need to come in person. Big mistake. I instantly regretted it as it’s nothing like the pictures. The waxed fake wood floor that I immediately slipped on after taking my first shower made me bump my head annd realize just how badly I’d fallen figuratively and literally for such a ruse.     horrendous job of cleaning the place before I moved in. There was cigarette burns and crust on the countertops and holes in the screen- presumably where the last resident blew smoke or hung their cigarette out of. They taped them up instead of replacing the screens ha. So I treated it like a place that I would just put a cot in and count the days. I tried to ask them to put dampeners on the resident’s doors (including mine) because in a studio you will hear everytime anyone in the hallway opens and closes their door. You will hear every conversation and “event” through paper thin walls. If you live by an elevator, you will hear it go ding all night long as they must house people that don’t work for a living. It has been nothing short of a disaster. They must have a horrendous pest problem as a whole because they constantly send pest checks and you don’t even know when the guys come. They don’t tell you. So it’s basically like living in a prison where you get your cell turned every now and again and talk to a robotic style management system that always reverts to “just call us with any questions!” And just look confused when you offer suggestions like “hey how about putting dampeners or noise reduction on doors so I don’t have to try to push stuff up against the door and duck under a rug every night” or “hey how about a compensation for uninhabitable living for having out AC go off all the time in July?” They’ll just say “the ac went off and we are looking to fix it! Give us a call with any questions.” Or “give us a call when you see someone making too much noise and report!” Ha. They are just nine to five flunkies that don’t care less about this place. I dug out a fellow resident tonight from the ice- with their tools that they choose to just adorn the side of the building without doing anything with them. They don’t care.

    The apartment building has major pest issues with both mice and roaches, and the temperature control is frustrating as it's managed by the building, making it uncomfortable during seasonal changes. Additionally, the walls are thin, so noise from neighbors is a constant problem. Overall, not a great living experience

  • ROACHES!!! 0 stars!

    Terrible place to live, management is not cooperative or helpful. I immediately started seeing roaches as soon as I moved in. Contacted management about this issue for months and they kept 'sending their pest control' every Friday and nothing changed. They were crawling on the walls, ceiling, in the fridge, in the shower. They were everywhere. I couldnt stay at my apartment for months. They tried blaming me for the problem originally saying I shouldnt try to kill the,, and then admitted that ...
    they had 'forgotten to check for pest' before renting the apartment out. They also lied and told me pest control visited my apartment multiple times, but I had a pet camera facing the door and showing the entire apartment and could prove otherwise. They never offered any compensation or prorated amount for the first several months I had roaches.

    Where to begin… the walls are thinner than paper and you can hear every conversation your neighbors are having, when reporting noise complaints the staff doesn’t take it seriously (my neighbor chose to play music LOUDLY every night from 11pm to 3:30am) so not a conducive place if you have children for there well being or sleep habits, ROACHES! — when reported the staff merely states “we’ll get our pest guy to look at it when he comes back through” again not good if you have small children. Also can’t turn your A/C on in the winter if you get overly hot due to these fun climate changes because the building controls heat and AC functions. So to sum up my review I give it a 0 on places to live— only positive is the rooftop view of the city and that’s only if you don’t walk through a spider web on your way out the rooftop doors.

    There is nothing good about this apartment complex but the view of the city ! There are roaches everywhere and probably the direst place I've lived. The people at the leasing office are great but their maintenance team needs a lot of work. It says renovated but the renovations looked half assed. Honestly if you're looking for an apartment in the city , don't be deceived by the picture or their lobby and look somewhere else.
