Horrible landlord
October 27, 2018
There are multiple things wrong with multiple units including holes in the wall, kitchen leaks, mold, and heat not working. The landlord is such a penny pincher that he won't properly maintain the place in a timely fashion as required by law. And when you apply pressure to him to fix it (like I did) He will threaten to evict you and tell you to move out if you don't like it then illegally evict you forcing you to go through a bunch of stress.
