The landlords are deceitful and do not care about the safety of their tenants. I lived here for a year - the walls are paper thin and you can hear E V E R Y T H I N G that is happening in the other units. It is beautifully renovated but all the renovations were done very cheaply and very poorly (some appliances are not grounded, several light fixtures were not correctly wired, etc.). The landlords promised for well over a year that they were going to install washer/dryers on the property, without ...
any follow-through or explanation. This is an over-priced apartment and is evidence of gentrification in Lexington. I wouldn't let my worst enemy rent from these people.
