If you have a college education and are trying to save money on rent, my advice to you is to add more money to your rent budget and skip this place. The owner will say anything to your face and not follow through. They look ok on the front end but once you live here you will notice everything wrong. Neighbors are unreasonable too and you can hear everything in the building. Don't bother cleaning when you leave because he will charge you the full amount he can on your deposit.
