I rent from a company called B&R Development, or The Reality Exchange, honestly I'm not sure which one they go by. I rated my apartment 2 stars for fair, the word fair seemed closest. I pay $525/month for a 2 bedroom, which was fair, but then the vacant apartment above mine's water pipes busted last winter and drained into my ceiling for almost an hour, and came down all over my personal belongings. both spent vacuuming. That was in February, it's almost August and I'm still waiting on new carpet. Some of the paint had to come down and I still have bare drywall in my hallway. I got March for free so, I guess that's fair. Aside from that, I pay electric, gas, water and sewer, still fair. The location is unbeatable as a student. From my location I can walk to class and work, as well as several restaurants and Pullman Square. Plenty of parking space, even during home games. My landlady, or property manager, says she could easily get $600/month. But since the water damage I get away with $500/month and she doesn't argue. I've been half a month late before and had no late fee, so that's fair too. In once sentence: a fair apartment.
