I have been living here for a year while pursuing my graduate studies in Computer Science at Marshall. The staff is consistently friendly and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The location is convenient, just a short drive from campus. The community is quiet, and I really appreciate the excellent walkable dining options nearby. The only area I feel could be improved is the parking situation. Overall, I truly enjoy living here and would highly recommend it.

As someone from out of state, I’ve found this to be a great place to live. The location is very convenient for my job—I'm able to walk to work each day, which has been a huge plus. Although I wasn’t able to tour the unit prior to signing the lease, the photos provided were accurate and gave a clear representation of the room layout and the quality of the furnishings.
The amenities have been extremely useful, from the gym to the various study and seating areas on different floors. Despite some ...
families living on the same floor, the building remains impressively quiet. I’ve also felt very safe here, thanks to the key card access to the buildings.
One thing to note: if you’re not a Marshall University student, you may experience some initial challenges with setting up Wi-Fi. However, everything else about my experience has been very positive thus far.
