February 5, 2024Initially I was very unhappy due to having been given a different unit than the one I was shown when I came in person and no one indicating to me that the lease I was signing subsequently was for an entirely different unit. However, overall, living here has been pretty good. Maintenance is great, fast, and responsive. Location is good. No major complaints beyond the initial experience with leasing office.Property Manager Responded
February 8, 2024Thank you so much for the review. We are so glad your experience living at the Stockton buildings has been good. We value our residents and strive to create a great community to live in. It is unfortunate that when you first came to see the building the apartment you were expecting was not the one you moved into. Some of the online information can be confusing. We always try to be sure new residents know exactly what apartment they are signing a lease for when signing for an apartment sight unseen. Most new residents view an apartment before they sign a lease. It seems some of the communication was not clear. We apologize for this and will certainly take this experience to improve on. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your experience positive and hope that you love your new home.
