A nice, cozy place to live.

These apartments are probably the nicest one you can find for as little as you pay. Mine is very spacious for a one bedroom, and there's a pool nearby. The landlord is probably the best landlord I have ever had. There are a few retail stores and restaurants nearby as well.

I have lived in my apartment for 3 years and I believe the management is the best in town! People have bugs because they bring them in to the complex - I have not seen any because I keep my apartment clean and apparently my neighbors do too. Each person in the complex has to be accountable for the way they behave in and around the apartment complex. Management cannot be involved in every issue - tenants have to learn to respect their neighbors whether it's loud music, trash thrown on the ...

ground, laundry room left nasty, derelict vehicles -not running on flats- in the parking lot and disorderly behavior. As a grown responsible adult I keep my area clean and am verbal when I see someone being disrespectful. The apartment complex would be a better place for all to live if everyone would think about others before they act! My apartment is spacious for a one bedroom and I love my large walk-in closet. The AC Unit is an old one but works perfectly as well as the heater unit. I LOVE MY LITTLE APARTMENT!

The most disgusting apartments I have ever lived in roach's, ant's and bed bugs infested. Disrespectful and destructive tenants, but great management. We live with my boyfriends family in a little 2 bed and 1 bath, so there are 10 people here. We lost our house to a tornado in Sand Springs, OK in March and haven't been able to afford another place since then. I would love to know if there is some way anyone could help us even in the slightest bit.
