Great place, for a while

Lived here seven years, until one day I came home, police all over, and my apartment and the one next door had been broken into. Turns out the doors were not the proper kind of doors, as they were hollow. I left because of that, and came back a year or two later. The second time around, there was a new manager, who wouldn't do anything about the noise and the partying. The noise from the unit next door was unbearable. Previous manager was great, and wouldn't put up with no crap. All in all, ...

Spent 6 months in the location. The heating in the unit is gas based but we had issues with the unit being very inconsistent. For the most part it was either too hot or too cold. The apartment is also close to San Bruno avenue so there is constant road noise from cars going 45-50 mph. Lastly, the landlord is mostly responsive but do not expect to get all of the security deposit back even if you leave the unit as it was taken. We were surprised to learn that our brief stay require painting, ...

which bit into the deposit we left. Would not move back due to various small issues at the site.
