Nice Location but...
August 11, 2015I've lived here with my husband for 3 years. We have one more year on our lease. Just recently, we welcomed a little boy to the apt. We live in upper Manhattan, close to a great park, on a tree-lined street. However, the building is very old. Getting repairs done is always a process and most times, it takes 3,4 calls to get anything done. A year ago, our bathroom ceiling collapsed due to neglect on the part of the building in fixing a leak in the ceiling, despite multiple calls to the super and ...building management. My husband was injured as well. Currently, our wood floor is peeling up and we have water spots we have been trying to get repainted. As we have a baby now, when he starts crawling, we don't want him picking up pieces of floor sealant. However, our requests have been ignored to get this work done and 3 calls have been made to building management. Its frustrating to love where you live, but hate the building in which you live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
