Nightmare. On move in day I was sprung the news my stove is broken. After weeks and weeks of run around, it was fixed 2.5 months later. Many other things in unit I had to fix myself that weren't move in ready or operational.
An onsite manager that was extremely loud working out of a dump truck in front of my window all year. This was the worst, he often blocked my ability to exit my apartment with my bike or surfboards. There was constant chaos out front of my door with whatever project he was ...
working on that day. And it was consistently at-least 4 days a week. This screwed up my sleep and quality of life.
Just sad, you pay all this money and they can't keep their end of the deal. So you get the location, but tons of stress from the above.
