Ideal Apartment Living

As a new grad student in NYC, coming from the countryside of upstate New York, the renting market that is New York City real-estate is mind blogging. I was fortunate enough to find and be approved for a beautiful and honestly spacious apartment in Brooklyn. The building is was constructed in the early 1900s, and still features the gorgeous exposed brick and charm of traditional interior building. professionals cannot live without; stainless steel appliances, sprawling granite countertops, hardwood floors, and more storage than I have seen in any upstate New York home. The real kicker though, is the two bathrooms; that is right, two bathrooms, featuring floor to ceiling tile, large showers and lovely pedestal sinks. My favorite amenity, though (besides the in unit laundry) is the little piece of heaven that is the backyard, which is accessible by bedroom. This apartment is by far the nicest place that I have ever lived and anyone would be fortunate enough to live in the quaint, family building that is now home.
