-main hall/staircase dirty and smelly -landlord doesn’t care about tenants -trash is not disposed of and lines the building -gutter is around back - Harrisburg property management group is slow to respond to requests and you have to beg them to take care of it the right way -mice in apartment -ceilings have collapsed TWICE -bees crawled in our windows from nests attached to building
