I use to go to bed to the sound of trash trucks and sirens on a regular basis until I moved. The first morning in my new apartment I woke up slightly confused, I thought it may be a dream, there was a familiar noise I didn't hear for years, I wasn't in the suburbs or on vacation I was right there in my bed on one of Chelsea's most beautiful tree lined blocks and I heard BIRDS! Real live birds chirping outside my window! You may think you're a city person and this noise would probably annoy you, ...

but I don't care how much of a tough New Yorker you think you are, you would love it! You may also love the elevator, part time doorman, laundry in the basement, super on site, convenience of living close to the subway, sun drenched apartments, and the birds, did I mention those?
