May 26, 2022I’ve lived here reluctantly for 5+ years. I would not recommend this building for an owner, investor, or tenant. Building management is just flat out bad. Fees and assessments are too high for what little amenities they do offer. The parking garage is a nightmare that is both dangerous to drive in and often not secure. Elevator banks routinely go down. Noisy pets left on balconies. Fire works and drones launched from balconies. Loud neighbors and thin walls. Everything is flimsy and cheaply built ...because this building was completed at the peak of the housing crisis. The one positive is the north facing units have a nice city scape view, but most likely the parking garage across the street will get sold soon and another tower will make this one selling point moot as well. July 23, 2015Modern apartments in the heart of downtown Chicago with spectacular skyline view that includes the Willis tower. Staff is helpful and maintenance of facilities is second to none. Easy access to I90, I94, Metra, and CTA trains.
