Cozy apartment in a great neighborhood
April 15, 2025I loved living here! I was in Apt 5 for just over a year and a half, and would have gladly stayed longer if my work situation hadn't changed. It's a super cute apartment with a lot of vintage charm, and the rent was incredibly reasonable. The landlady was also very personable and a straight shooter, which I totally appreciated. This is a great place to rent if you want more character in your apartment than you'll find in the newer ones nearby, and if you prefer to deal with a regular human as ...opposed to a property management company.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Like living next to a gun-range
November 27, 2020As low-cost and in a great location this apartment is, it can not possibly make up for the unbelievable amount of noise between the apartments nor the owners refusal to accept responsibility for managing it. I have lived here just over a year, and after seeing every apartment in the building turn over in the past 13 months, three times now for the apartment next to mine, and living through a gun-range of noise echoing through the apartment, often until the middle of the night, I am moving just to ...escape it. Don't rent this place unless, as the landlord suggested to me when I asked, on multiple occasions, to address the neighbor's noise, you want to spend your time at home constantly wearing ear plugs or being woken nightly and repeatedly from the noise.
