January 4, 2026Office is now a bit slow in responding to emails and or calls and hard to contact them by phone at times since the new change of management. Constant issues from pool issues, water main problems, in addition, there are way to many extra charges added to the rent cost, ie: utilities when there were only 4 extra charges 14 years ago now 9 extra charges. Maintenance is very good and usually responds within 24 hour. New parking spots is not necessary if they make you park farther away from ...your apartment and you will be charged $30.00 once your renewal comes up which is not cool I feel. They need to let you park close to your apt.Property Manager Responded

Not What Was Promised – Serious Management Issues
December 13, 2025I am writing this review to share my experience and hopefully help others make an informed decision before applying or moving into this community. When I applied, I was offered a promotion of six weeks free. However, after moving in, I was informed that my apartment “did not qualify for the promotion,” which was never disclosed beforehand and was extremely disappointing. The apartment was delivered in poor condition: it was dirty, the dryer was damaged, and the bathroom fan took almost two ...months to be repaired—and even now, it still does not function properly. In addition, there are constant piles of dog waste directly in front of my home, creating unpleasant odors and unsanitary conditions. Communication with the office has been essentially nonexistent. Emails and requests are never answered, which makes resolving even basic issues very frustrating. The exterior areas of the complex are also very poorly lit, making them feel unsafe, and there have been incidents of cars being broken into. Overall, this company needs to seriously improve its customer service, communication, and investment in maintenance and common areas. They will come and repair the issue, but if there is need for a second visit or continued maintenance, good luck. The office staff are usually rude. September 1, 2025Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very affordable. Very diverse neighborhood as well, which we like. All ages and ethnic backgrounds. We do have our own little pet peeves about the complex, but nothing serious enough to where I’d try to discourage anyone from moving here. All around, 3 out of 5 stars.Property Manager Responded
