Awful awful landlord, infested, and shabby

Landlord doesn't fix anything until you call the inspector authorities. We had mice issues forever. Do not rent from nick Baker/Nageeb Diarbakerly and most CERTAINLY do NOT trust any broker who brings you here. Brokers will flat out lie to you about all aspects of the building. The previous review you see is true. AVOID.

This apartment building is the WORST place I’ve ever lived. Yes the apartment itself has good bones/ set up and the location is perfect but if you want to live with bedbugs, roaches, and mice don’t live here. The neighbors are VERY loud and disrespectful-kids screaming, banging, loud walking, dogs barking,you name it. The landlord basically DOESNT exist. He is non responsive to issues we’ve had in the building. To name a few: the security door downstairs has been completely shattered and hasn’t ...
locked since October 2017.. it is now March 2018. Hardly ever have hot water despite having it included in the rent. SOMETIMES WE HAVE LITTLE TO NO HEAT. no of the windows lock or have screens. Additionally, the common areas are always dirty and we’ve had a leak in our bathroom for 2 weeks and has yet to be fixed. I 100% do not recommend this building. Don’t be fooled by what realtors tell you. Good luck!
