I love living here! Management has plans to build an entire parking lot in the back of the building as well as redo the main entrance's walking area of the building. Management did mention that Permits are taking long from New Rochelle so that's what's holding up all the work but I cant wait! They also always make sure I have no complaints or if I do that they are taken care of immediately.
No proper heat in cold seasons

The owner or management of 246-248 Centre Avenue gives us the minimum heat in the fall and winter season as other buildings in the same area get plenty of heat. They charge a fee to pay your rent online. The management company has all their workers moving in the building at reduced market rent! The outside of the building is not been taking care of, paint is chipping on the hallways walls.
