Terrible Management
February 20, 2023
I loved in to this apartment and loved it but about a year ago the property management changed and it has gone downhill since. They do not upkeep the dog park which has turned into a giant mud pit, they are restricting package pick ups and ultimately removing the package room to put a conference room in for the property managers at the inconvenience of residents, the elevator is frequently out of service, the palm trees by the pool died in the Texas freeze and the property never replaced them, ...
gym equipment has broken down and is never fixed (there’s been a broken elliptical machine in the gym since I moved in) and the apartment complex has steadily increased rent - all while amenities and resident experience has diminished. I really enjoyed this property when I moved in due to the location, amenities and living space but I would not recommend moving in here under the current management and property upkeep.

Going downhill since new management
February 20, 2023
This place has gone downhill since new management took over. Removal of amenities under the guise of “improving the community”, incorrectly fining tenants due to admin mistakes in their office, lack of follow-through on maintenance requests, elevators constantly breaking, zero upkeep of dog park, increased rent so they could have a community rented Tesla that gathers dust in the garage, pieces of equipment in the gym have been broken going on 2 years now. I do not recommend renting here.

Poor management
July 16, 2021
I gave this housing apartment a low rating due to poor staff. I was looking forward to becoming a resident here but I had got approved then unapproved. I started to have complications with the manager due to her constantly not believing my source of income I showed her that I had well enough money for rent for three month’s and she did not believe a word I said and she kept asking for more. I showed her five bank statements and four paycheck stubs two letter from my job and it still wasn’t enough ...

The neighborhood is incredibly quiet for being on Washington and everyone Ive met is so nice. The leasing office staff is exceptional, Im always able to get a hold of them and they go above and beyond, including assisting with things like heavy packages. I feel like they are family already haha! Location, location, location! Easy access to i10 & 45 and Ive been there almost two weeks and never any traffic on the street! The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Incredible amenities and the ...
gym even has Olympic weights and suspension training. Plus free yoga two days a week and the instructors are incredible. I also LOVE my unit, the nest thermostat is so cool and beautiful hardwood Venetian blinds, I dont even have to put up curtains. Nice big patio and plenty of storage space even in my 602 sq. Foot unit. You really cannot beat the value for the price. Also I feel safe, everyone walks their dogs so cute pups everywhere. Couldnt be happier. A big thank you to Kayla and Marlon for being so supportive and helpful during my horror moving experience, they are the best!

Ridiculous Move-Out Charges

We lived here for 5 years. At move out we were charged $650 for a glass stove top replacement. Because we used our stove. For 5 years. No damage. No cracks. Just completely normal wear and tear. In the middle of a pandemic.

Such an accommodating and sweet team, which is so rare with leasing agents. Marlon has been the BIGGEST help with so many things already, and he always has a smile on his face. The pool view is amazing, and the gym is packed with great equipment. I love that safety is such an important feature here, as well. It definitely gives me peace of mind!

I am so happy with my decision to live at 2411 Washington! The location is great, community is tight, and I've never had any issues that weren't quickly addressed or prevented in the first place. The dog park has been the best part!

2411 Washington has an awesome staff that answer any questions right away. Maintenance is awesome and come immediately when asked too. The layouts are very spacious and renovated. Jasmine is awesome with handling the leasing signing and being transparent about everything. Locations is awesome and a safe area with gated parking. Awesome place
