Terrible Management

I loved in to this apartment and loved it but about a year ago the property management changed and it has gone downhill since. They do not upkeep the dog park which has turned into a giant mud pit, they are restricting package pick ups and ultimately removing the package room to put a conference room in for the property managers at the inconvenience of residents, the elevator is frequently out of service, the palm trees by the pool died in the Texas freeze and the property never replaced them, ...
gym equipment has broken down and is never fixed (there’s been a broken elliptical machine in the gym since I moved in) and the apartment complex has steadily increased rent - all while amenities and resident experience has diminished.
I really enjoyed this property when I moved in due to the location, amenities and living space but I would not recommend moving in here under the current management and property upkeep.
