Don't waste your time or money. The manager is very rude and does not respond when something is needed! The building is infested with roaches and is not clean! There was many problems with having no heat and or water! Maintenance man walk around smoking when the building is a non smoking building and do not do their job properly! By far one of the worst apartments to live in! I would NEVER recommend it to anyone!

The property management personnel has changed and the new personnel is more attentive to the residents concerns. As a result, previous issues have been address and any new problems that may arise will be address accordingly. The apartments are well maintain with new carpet and painting.

The management office that it says is on site, doesn't exist. A superintendent can be there by phone call is also false as we called in advance 2 days then the day before, he didn't show up or as the rental company stated was "Unavailable". Talking to the residents outside they complained of bad management, total lack of management, and roach infestations. All this said, I called the guy on the phone to tell him we no longer had an interest due to these things and instead of letting me saying ...

anything he proceeded to go off at the mouth non-stop in an enraged and absolutely intolerable attitude. Don't rent here, this is just trying to get the application to get the keys, I feel sorry for those already in the place.
