Residential hotel style
August 1, 2015Perfectly placed at the corner of Broadway and 99th street. Big glass doors welcome you into a lobby reception with the most helpful friendly staff I've ever met. Right across the building Is a Starbucks so close, that you can still use the bud ions free wifi( quite funny and convenient) even in your sleep walk, and you barely have to dress, to cross the street for coffee, on top they know your favorite beverage, before you even walk in. To the left, two cross streets over, is beautiful and ...peaceful Riverside, and to the right, is two ave's over to Ventral Park. The organic market " West side market " is around the corner, and all the many shops and little practical stores are all along broadway. The subway 96 street is 3 blocks down, and 1,2,3 trains take you about everywhere in the city. This is a hotel style building, with lots of young and inspiring people, quiet, yet friendly and talkative people from all over the world. It's a minimum 1 month rental, that gives you freedom to not worry about being stuck long term or getting your deposit back( hence no deposit). On top, there are three levels of rooms, with fridge( youngsters and creative people, don't eat at home, right lol). And a flat screen Tv, as well as a good side bed. The building have 7 floors and elevator, and staff are on 24/7. Something for everyone's budget and taste.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
