Unsafe area
November 28, 2025There are too many homeless people coming around this apartment, and too many incidents happening in this area. Simcoe Street is one of the worst streets to live on in Oshawa. The police come around often because they know this area is unsafe. We have even witnessed someone being arrested by the police. If this apartment is meant for seniors, then the landlord should take action. This apartment is far from being a 5-star place.Review from Apartments.com

February 11, 2025My wife and i moved into 255 Simcoe Street North two years ago when we sold our house. The units here are very big and the amount of natural sun light is incredible. The other tenants in the building are extremely friendly and we immediately became best friends. The cleaning lady does a great job ensuring the the building is spotless.
