Great building, except a bad sorrounding.

The apartment itself is great! They hired a really helpful and responsible on-site manager, so the problems are usually fixed really quick. People living in this building are all USC students, and most of them are respectful and nice.
Only complaint is the neighbor on the south side. It is under construction at the back. And the existing house in the front is a fraternity house. So basically it is noisy during the day as well as weekend nights.
