Recent change to ownership, the new owner doesn't even live in this state and has owned the building a full 6 months with absolutely no maintenance or repairs done yet. Only the newest vacant apartments have updates and that is so they will rent. Just be warned

First i want to say this is an ok neighborhood but it also has perks. Minimum violence, bus line and even a convenient store directly across the street. Sante Fe apartments has been here at least fifteen years and is finally under new management. I would like help make some improvements to not only mine but as well as my neighbors residing in the building everyone has been here for a long while and I think it would be a significant help to this area. thank you an advance for taking time out to ...
