Pesimos apartamentos
September 15, 2020Desde que yo entre (diciembre) son puras fallas. Los lavamanos solamente estan sentado no estan pegadas. La pierta del closed del dormitorio siempre se caen, nunca lo han arreglado. La bañera la pintaron supuestamente cuando entre, se despinto y no me lo quieren arreglar. En el baño grande siempre cai agua de arriba, ya les enseñe fotos y videos del goteo y no hacen caso. Me quebraron dos ventanas y no me las quieren arreglar. Por si fuera poco dure 3 meses sin aire, por que lo pusieron bien ...tarde. Ahorita nada mas tengo 2 dias sin aire y solo dicen que lo estan arreglando y nomas nada. Cuando nos duchamos el agua sale frio y luego sale caliento, ellos dicen que eso es normal. Tengo 3 hijos, uno es hiperativo, tengo una niña que tiene cancer y hidrosefalia y otra niña que tiene dyslexia. Y todavia me dicen que debo de rennovar el contrato por que no voy a encontrar algo mejor. Por cualquier cosa que voy me piden por un reporte de policia para que me arreglen mi apartamento. Hace como 2 meses que me robaron mi troca, gracias a dios lo encontre, extrañamente me lo dejaron afrente de la oficina. Cuando fui a ver las camaras, resulta que no tenian acceso a las camaras y eso que fui con un reporte de policia. regret moving here!!!
December 31, 20170 stars if I could, they never get any thing done!! rats come and go as they please, roaches every were, they take months to get any thing done, and when they do show up they don't even get it fix! My apartment gets flooded with dirty water! I have to mop 4 times per day, they never tell you when they will cut off the water! they just do it!!! I really do regret moving here, the wurst place to be in! my kids cant even enjoy being here because some thing is always wrong here! Hate it here!
August 16, 2017They lied about everything. Residents don't want to come home here, nothing ever gets fixed here! Roaches everywhere, the water is freezing cold only! If you get lucky after you get home from work to take a shower you might MIGHT catch the water when it's warm. I'm ready for my lease to be up because I will be moving! January 24, 2017I would give this place no stars if it was a rating option. It's the most disgusting roach infested place ever! And don't even get me started on that awful staff!!! My father lives here and he never wants me to go visit after dark without someone accompanying me. He says it's extremely unsafe here. I'm glad his lease is finally up! Please don't put yourself at risk for cheaper rent, you can find a good deal elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

Slums
October 9, 2015These apartments are trash! Something is always leaking or falling apart or malfunctioning. Lots and lots of spiders. I had to call the city just for them to fix things that were wrong when i moved in. The kitchen has flooded three times, my sons closet door literally just fell off the wall ehile still attached to the hinges. Cracks and holes in the walls everywhere. The hardware wasnt replaced before we moved in just painted over and since the paint is wearing off it reveals every hinge, door ...knob, cabinet handle, etc is just rust. The tubs were only painted over instead of resurfaced so once the paint pealed it started revealing the nasty tub underneath. When we first moved in there was no heat or hot water for a week in 20 degree freezing weather. They tow constantly but painted over half of the visitor spots. Sewer backed up and the city had to make them fix that! Ceiling has leaked twice from plumbing issuesthat they wouldnt fix in my upstairs neighbors apartment.
