The walls are paper thin, I could hear the neighbors above me toilet flush, every time they went, my other neighbour on my floor had a dog that would wake me up every day and bark continuously throughout periods of the day.Bathrooms need to be completely renovated - (not just repaired occasionally ) -not worth the high rent. Mold accumulates on ceilings and paint bubbles constantly. Toilet flush sounds like a freight train. Vanity is the cheapest you can get.Drains are disgusting and need to be replaced.I was a stellar tenant for 5 years - They would not budge on very expensive rent -and keep raising over years. They reply was "we can easily get more than market value for your apartment". Well, then you can do just that.You lost a good tenant. So happy to be finally out of this HORRIBLE place!
