Terrible landlord

Basically no maintenance, full of cockroaches even after I paid out of my own pocket to get someone to fix it they told me the whole apartment complex was infested. Took forever to replace a stove, almost a month! Basically only came when it was time to ask for rent. Parking is terrible, no space to invite people over, apartment conditions are subpar Lock on the door was broken and was never fixed. Back door was broken and never fixed. Lights on the restroom were broken and never fixed. On ...
top of all, he kept My whole deposit claiming he had to clean (after I had already cleaned) saying that cleaning comes out of the deposit instead of something that a landlord has to pay as part of renewing the apartment.
