This building is roach invested and the management are liars
March 4, 2023The building is roach infested. The management company has people working for them who lie, for example, the apartment does not come with a parking spot. There is a garage but there are no spaces available. The management are rude, they lie, and they favor the tenants who have been here the longest. I do not suggest renting an apartment here.Review from Apartments.com
Perfect Residence
August 14, 2015A very nice and clean building. Nice and friendly neighbors.Beautiful entrance and beautifully decorated lobby with a doorman.Two elevators. Huge windows in each apartment. Helpful Management. Handy super. It has a backyard for children and a big swimming pool. Subway is not far. Supermarket and other stores are in a walking distance.Review from Apartments.com
