My actual private, spacious, 2-bedrooms apartment and the location of it, is simply splendid. The building is managed by C & C Management and they do a great job at maintaining well groomed & secured. I'm located across the street from the 2, 3 & 1 subway line in addition to the A, B, C, D, trains just three blocks over . In addition to all the Manhattan bus lines, I'm also, 20-min walking distance from Yankee Stadium and a hop, skip & a jump from River Bank park, all the new trendy Harlem ...
Renaissance hot bar-lounges, restaurants and clubs.
I also, enjoy my marvelous wooden floors & bask in my good fortune of living in a fifth-teen family building with perhaps 4 children the most and no noise. What more can one ask for? I kind of overlooked the fact that the building does not have a lift.
Many of my friends might think that having had scored my "Hidden Gem" isn't anything to brag about but they can't stop coming to my diner parties because is easy to get to, is relatively safe and having to walk-up 4 flights of stairs is quickly forgotten once they are inside my cozy, comfortable well-lit, pretty and well stocked with delicious home cooked dishes.
