pretty shabby, as soon as I moved in, I had a sheet full page of discrepancies to be either fixed or followed up on that took over a month. the neighbors are okay, so-so. manager is on first floor disabled, not a problem, but runs the place as best as he can from his wheel chair. laundry room, dirty, expensive, security, low-gated in-out entry for walk way or drive in. small patio for smoking, children to play, but extremely noisy. parking spots-2, no overhead cover. no garages available. any ...
maintenances trouble? wait for awhile for responses. $950 a month, reasonable for this area. and budget but not so safe of neighborhood.
