I would send multiple emails, texts and calls and get responses days, even weeks, later. After living at this apartment for 7 months, we have to break the lease due to our jobs. We gave Erick a heads up 3 months prior to our expected move out date and gave official notice 6 weeks prior. He let us know that we could not look for a replacement tenant and that he would take care of it. It took about 2 weeks for him to post the listing that did not even have a single picture. He showed the apartment only once! Throughout this whole process, it was impossible to get a hold of Erick. I have records of all the emails, texts and phone calls with no responses. The locations is really good and it is a very quiet neighborhood but hope that you do not have to ask Erick for anything. I believe I spent more time writing this review than Erick ever did managing the property.

to our relationship and I already feel like taking a break. Their indifference and major rent hike (ugh!) is extremely unsettling. Still staying for the love of my place, but we'll see if they become more involved and responsive. Here's to hoping!
