West Chimes Place - A Bargain by Campus

West Chimes Place is actually several properties on and off of Nicholson. They cater to people in the neighborhood as well as well as students. It is a mixed income area so not everyone will feel at ease. But it is truly not a bad place to live. Now for pros and cons. Pros: -Right By Campus, Stadium, Eateries, as well as Job locations -Quiet area besides the occasional college stupidity -Hardwood Floors -Gas stove and Water -Good Layouts - Lots of storage Cons: -No amenities: While you do have ...
access to all WCP properties with different amenities it would be nice for them all to have them. -No Central Air or Heat (but saves on utilities) -Not sealed very well / drafty -Not very many grounded outlets (outlets with 3 holes) The Landlord is very friendly and understanding. If you ever get a notice on your door just go to the office and tell them whats up and they will usually not charge you any thing extra or hassle you. Pets are allowed for $120 each, which is cheap considering the average pet deposit is $300.
