Hello, I am Benjamin. And I have lived in my one bedroom rent stabilized 5 flight walk up apt for 18 years. I used to have one closet,before the sliding doors became disabled years ago. The bedroom is too small so I made the living room the bedroom. The place is so small when you open the door the windows break :) Ironically, I am still very great ful to have a roof over my head. Sometimes my apt . reminds me of the rooms I had in The Navy shared by three people. This building has already had ...
three different owners and about 5 supers. My current supper when he comes to repair things he actually makes them worst. Sometimes I believe this is it. All the leaks, open corners , broken windows etc etc etc. Sincerely Yours Benjamin D.Riley
