-I had a very pleasant experience living here for 3 years. If I wasn't relocating I would continue residing here. The building is charming, new but they kept the historic feel of it at the same time. Management is very professional and efficient in getting things taken care of. They are constantly maintaining the property and do a great job of keeping the tenants happy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place at an affordable price. And it's close to everything!
