property owners is what was the LAST and final straw for us to move. They seemed kinda young. Once these investors took over, 3 tenants (who had also been tenants for a long time) all left within a 5-month period! Soon after, we also moved. We just couldn't deal with the changes any longer. They don't seem to care about anything besides collecting rent. BEWARE: Same owners who owned the old busted apartments on Jacoto Drive (which were run-down with drug activity) now own this property. It's no wonder why this place is so unkept. Only thing these investors will do is cut the lawn and shovel the lot in the winter. Parking lot has had large pot holes for YEARS that they just refuse to just rip out the entire lot and lay new concrete but instead, will only continue to do a quick patch up every now and then. It's just really unfortunate how recent management/investors have let this place go down. Windows are old and dry-rotted; Kitchen is in need of a MAJOR update. Everything is just OLD and OUTDATED. Laundry set up is downstairs in the basement but if you live on the 2nd floor, it may be a lot going up and down two flights of stairs. But there's a roomy storage area in the basement for all tenants. I personally just can't see myself no longer going into a lower level basement of an apartment complex, carrying laundry up and down the stairs. Again, this is due to this building being old. Laundry facilities today are no longer placed in basements. Again, my lengthy review is coming from someone who has seen all the good and not-so good. If you're just looking for something to get by and you have no problem with stairs, then this may work for you. I just can't recommend something that was once a great apartment complex that has now just gone down over the years due to lazy management and "I-Don't-Care" investors.
