any information and to "call back". Tenants tell me some of them have been given the building manager's number but not others. This management company has not set up any system of communicating to it's tenants. They did not actively set up a list of email or contact information- a tenant had to collect this and give it to the building manager in order for him to communicate basic information because it was "too hard" for the company to communicate with all of it's tenants. Highly disorganized and definitely a system to take advantage of tenants. They are giving some tenants rent discounts due to the issues but ignoring others. One of the most poorly run companies I have ever dealt with. Renter beware in this building or any other building run by this company- you will be given the run around and treated poorly.
