August 19, 2018No property management on-site or otherwise. Landlord will not provide direct contact information (must call third-party answer service) and will not directly communicate with tenants written or otherwise to avoid liability. Neglect has resulted in accelerated depreciate of the building, structurally and aesthetically. Improvements are discouraged / not granted to promote tenant turnover. Multiple issues with homeless trespassing due to lack of management and security.Review from Apartments.com
