I toured this past weekend and not only were the apartments filled with nice finishes/appliances and a ton of natural light, but the owner walked us through explaining all the details and what it would be like to live there, making it a super comfortable experience. The kitchens especially stand out, with high-quality cabinetry, sleek countertops, and stainless steel appliances that really elevate the space. The bathrooms feel clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed as well. One of the biggest surprises was the generous unit sizes. The layouts are functional and spacious, with ...well-proportioned bedrooms and comfortable living areas that don’t feel cramped. Storage is also better than expected for a new building.
