This apartment building is a great option for those who want a brand new build. I toured this past weekend and not only were the apartments filled with nice finishes/appliances and a ton of natural light, but the owner walked us through explaining all the details and what it would be like to live there, making it a super comfortable experience. I definitely recommend this building for anyone wanting to live downtown and in an untouched, new apartment!

I am genuinely impressed by the quality of the new construction. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into both the design and the finishes. The finishes are beautiful and modern.
