The Preston has continuous ongoing construction due to the commercial units that are connected to the residential units. If you do not like to be woken up early in the morning by loud construction noises including drilling and hammering, then I would recommend avoiding the Preston. Also, two of the exercise machines in the gym have not been fixed for a few months now even after sending a work order for the machines to be serviced. The heater in the apartments do not work very well, so it is quite ...

cold living here in the winter. When the heater is on, you can feel cold air blowing through. The new apartment manager is unprofessional and rude and responds to emails like she is texting. One of the residents I know had mice problems. If you get a unit with a washer and dryer, you will have to run the dryer multiple times before the clothes dry because the water created from the dryer collects in a tub which you have to empty manually and makes everything humid.

I'm moving out of the Preston at Falls Center this month and I couldn't have loved the experience of living here more. Both maintenance and leasing office were always responsive and receptive to any issues I had. I needed to make the switch from a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment to a studio last year due to budget constraints, and they were extremely helpful and made the process nice and easy. Not to mention I moved here from Wisconsin, so they did a video tour of the place! They made me feel very ...

confident in my choice to live there from the beginning, and really value their residents and try to bring together a good community. Thank you to everyone at the Preston for being the epitome of great customer service, as well as just genuinely nice people. :)
